Upcoming Events
Throughout the year MoSEPS offers its members a wide array of events. Members are welcome and encouraged to participate in these opportunities, which provide networking opportunities amongst other MoSEPS members and Missouri elected officials.
In early February, MoSEPS hosts an Annual Eye Screening Day at the Missouri State Capitol. Members are invited to attend and meet with their legislators; members of the leadership personally visit every legislative office throughout the day. Residents from training programs across the state attend and volunteer their time to provide free eye screenings to elected officials, staff and members of the general public. On the evening prior to the Annual Eye Screening Day, members of the MoSEPS leadership meet with leaders within Missouri's General Assembly as well as those legislators identified as champions to MoSEPS issues. The evening provides a venue for conversation and pursuing the legislative goals of the Society.
Annually, MoSEPS hosts two coding seminars designed specially for ophthalmic billing/coding staff with more than two years of experience in billing/coding, ophthalmologists, and opthalmic technicians. These seminars are typically held in April in both Kansas City and St. Louis. Topics focus on emerging issues within the profession. Attendees receive a wealth of information that can be used upon return to the practice.
In September, jointly with three neighboring states, MoSEPS sponsors the Table Rock Regional Round-Up. The conference provides a venue for doctors to receive continuing education and network with doctors from across the Midwest in a relaxed atmosphere.
Additionally, throughout the year, MoSEPS hosts board meetings for members of the leadership to convene and discuss issues of importance to the Society. These meetings provide another opportunity for networking and information sharing. Any member that is interested in becoming involved on the Board of Directors should contact the MoSEPS office.

On September 30 - October 2, MoSEPS is jointly sponsoring the Table Rock Regional Round-Up with the Arkansas Ophthalmological Society, Kansas Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons, and Oklahoma Academy of Ophthalmology. The Regional Round-Up will be held at the Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Missouri. For additional information, please visit http://www.tablerockroundup.com. Eye Screenings
